Blondies are one of my favorite go-to desserts. Not only are they delicious and versatile, but they are easy to make. I found this recipe a few years ago and have been using it ever since. Instead of adding in nuts, I add in cinnamon chips. And I use parchment paper to line the pan instead of foil. It takes me about 10 minutes to mix everything together, and another 25-30 minutes to bake. That’s it! Eat them by themselves, or make into a sundae with some vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. And you can always double the recipe and after they are baked, cooled, and cut, put half of them in the freezer for later.
